The code was mistakenly removed in cad16562c8.
It stored some motion vector data for future use in B-pictures.
This fixes Bugzilla bug #57.

This avoids an indirection in the table. Data size is slightly
smaller on 64-bit systems, 8 bytes larger on 32-bit.
