59c12a6527 Load libraries in breadth-first order 
This patch fixes the problem with symbol search order
  for dlsym(RTLD_DEFAULT/RTLD_NEXT, .) by loading libraries
  and ld_preloads in correct order.

 1. Placing has_ifunc after fields with version = 0
 2. Switch to has_min_version(v) function.

ifuncs now work in i386 and x86_64 when called in the same library as
