Remove ReturnTrace from DeregisterCallback().

Should fix deadlock on build bots. Before, TraceImpl called
TraceDispatcher::Print, while TraceDispatcher::Deregister called
TraceImpl through VideoEngine::SetTraceCallback. This violates locking
order as both take their own locks.
