Guillem Jover b7ce33cf51 build: Support clock_gettime() provided in librt 
In older glibc versions (< 2.17) clock_gettime() is in librt. Add a
check for this to avoid build breakage for programs/libraries that
use libbsd on such systems.

libbsd - Utility functions from BSD systems

This library provides useful functions commonly found on BSD systems,
and lacking on others like GNU systems, thus making it easier to port
projects with strong BSD origins, without needing to embed the same
code over and over again on each project.
