Guillem Jover 71e5db4cde Define _SYS_CDEFS_H and _SYS_CDEFS_H after including <sys/cdefs.h>

This makes sure the “standard” inclusion protectors are in place, as at
least some FreeBSD kernel headers expect these to be defined to do some
sanity checks.

libbsd - Utility functions from BSD systems

This library provides useful functions commonly found on BSD systems,
and lacking on others like GNU systems, thus making it easier to port
projects with strong BSD origins, without needing to embed the same
code over and over again on each project.
