* cehoyos/master:
  Avoid a possible overflow when reading Nikon avi files.
  Add h263dsp dependency to mpeg1video and mpeg2video encoders.
  Fix compilation with --disable-hwaccel=mpeg1_xvmc,mpeg2_xvmc
