Michael Niedermayer 3ff0daf06d Print "Multiple frames in a packet" warning independant of CODEC_CAP_SUBFRAMES

because CODEC_CAP_SUBFRAMES is primarely misused to hide this warning otherwise
which renders the flag completely useless.
