c8f9f9b91a Divide first audio buffer chunk into atomary bufffers. 
This slightly simplifies decoder and removes potential
audio buffer overrun.

8662900b3b Clean up XAN DPCM hack and set codec_tag to 0 for XAN DPCM, AVI files 
with XAN DPCM audio (wrongly) declare PCM audio in the header.
