Daniel Stenberg 18f0ab7bd3 ftp tests: libcurl returns CURLE_FTP_ACCEPT_FAILED better now ...

Since commit 57aeabcc1a, it handles errors on the control connection
while waiting for the data connection better.

Test 591 and 592 are updated accordingly.
