
Removes AddRenderCallback from ViERenderer and implements VideoReceiveStream on top of DeliverI420Frame like WebRtcVideoEngine currently does today. Also adds ::IsTextureSupported() to the VideoRenderer interface to permit querying whether an external renderer supports texture rendering.
