Implement mac version of AppRTCDemo.
- Refactored and moved AppRTCDemo to support sharing AppRTC connection code between iOS and mac counterparts. - Refactored OpenGL rendering code to be shared between iOS and mac counterparts. - iOS AppRTCDemo now respects video aspect ratio.
