Using EIGHTTAP and EIGHTTAP_SMOOTH seem sufficient.
Hard to see any visual gain from allowing EIGHTTAP_SHARP, and it is
rarely selected.

PSNR/SSIM metrics go up by ~0.18/0.14%.
