Dmitry Kovalev 6d2a0da7a7 Removing NUM_ prefix from constant names.
Renames for consistency with other constants:
  NUM_FRAME_TYPES -> FRAME_TYPES
  NUM_PARTITION_CONTEXTS -> PARTITION_CONTEXTS
