Dmitry Kovalev 45870619f3 Renaming BLOCK_SIZE_TYPE to BLOCK_SIZE in the common/decoder.
Adding temporary "typedef BLOCK_SIZE BLOCK_SIZE_TYPE" which will go away
after encoder's patch.
