Yunqing Wang 0822a62f40 Modify sub-pixel filters to eliminate unnecessary calculations ...

In sub-pixel calculation, xoffset and yoffset mostly take some
specific values. Modified sub-pixel filter functions according to
these possible values to improve performance.
