Johann	b90a072f10	fix implicit declarations ... ARM used to explicitly remove this file from the build. With the RTCD changes, that's no longer possible. Fritz Koenig	93c32a55c2	Rework idct calling structure. ... Moving the eob structure allows for a non-struct based function to handle decoding an entire mb of idct/dequant/recon data.
