Fix visual studio build failure

Fixed the following issue.

..\test\vp9_ethread_test.cc(69): warning C4800: 'int' : forcing value to bool 'true' or 'false' (performance warning) [C:\src\buildbot\test-libvpx\tests\dveCPjwhBE\.build-x86_64-win64-vs10\test_libvpx.vcxproj]
