2c5a8480b0 Silence warnings when win32 is already defined. 
Enable zlib and newer diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1 syntax.

dc4bb1af96 Add support for win32. 
Edit win32/config.mk to set the paths to your openssl and zlib headers and
libraries.

Then, from the root of the tree:

	nmake -f NMakefile

voila.
