To simplify the user's error interface always use LIBSSH2_ERROR_EAGAIN.
LIBSSH2CHANNEL_EAGAIN and LIBSSH2SFTP_EAGAIN are still valid, but are defined as LIBSSH2_ERROR_EAGAIN.
