There are two copies of `StrLen` in the RapidJSON code base
 * strfunc.h: rapidjson::internal::StrLen<Ch>
 * unittest.h: Strlen<Ch>

To hide a warning on MSVC, align both implementations to use
'unsigned/SizeType' as return type and add an explicit cast.
