The u_short type is used by the struct tcphdr as
...
# 52 "/usr/include/netinet/tcp.h" 3 4
struct tcphdr {
u_short th_sport;
...
};
but its definition is conditionned by the D__BSD_VISIBLE constant. Thus,
config/CYGWIN should set this constant as a SYSFLAGS
