Rich Salz	e6390acac9	ex_data part 2: doc fixes and CRYPTO_free_ex_index. Add CRYPTO_free_ex_index (for shared libraries) Unify and complete the documentation for all "ex_data" API's and objects. Richard Levitte	dee502be89	Stop symlinking, move files to intended directory Rather than making include/openssl/foo.h a symlink to crypto/foo/foo.h, this change moves the file to include/openssl/foo.h once and for all. Likewise, move crypto/foo/footest.c to test/footest.c, instead of symlinking it there. Stop symlinking, move files to intended directory

Rather than making include/openssl/foo.h a symlink to
crypto/foo/foo.h, this change moves the file to include/openssl/foo.h
once and for all.

Likewise, move crypto/foo/footest.c to test/footest.c, instead of
symlinking it there.
