Explicitly ignore the exit code of ./bctest. Usually the shell

ignores it anyway in command substitution, but Ultrix reportedly
aborted the test when bctest returned 1.

Overhaul the display of certificate details in

the 'ca' utility. This can now be extensively
customised in the configuration file and handles
multibyte strings and extensions properly.
This is required when extensions copying from
certificate requests is supported: the user
must be able to view the extensions before
allowing a certificate to be issued.

It does not appear to be faster than the current Montgomery code
except for very small moduli (somewhere between 192 and 224 bits
in a 64-bit Sun environment, and even less than 192 bits
on 32 bit systems).
