(supersedes ERR_peek_top_error).
Rename OPENSSL_NO_OLD_DES_SUPPORT into OPENSSL_DISABLE_OLD_DES_SUPPORT
because OPENSSL_NO_... indicates disabled algorithms (according to
mkdef.pl).
