Fix no-ripemd on Windows

mkdef.pl was getting confused by:

 # ifdef OPENSSL_NO_RMD160
 #  error RIPEMD is disabled.
 # endif

Changing RIPEMD to RMD160 solves it. Fix suggested by Steve Henson.
