Don't use tabs for indentation in multi-line macros
...
The astyle configuration makes sure normal code is indented consistently
with 2 spaces, but astyle doesn't seem to touch the indentation in
these multi-line macros.

Remove apple specific versions of arm macros with arguments
...
The apple assembler for arm can handle the gnu binutils style
macros just fine these days, so there is no need to duplicate all
of these macros in two syntaxes, when the new one works fine in all cases.
We already require a new enough assembler to support the gnu binutils
style features since we use the .rept directive in a few places.

Make nasm commands in vcproj files consistent
...
Some commands had different spacing than others, and commands
for some files had accidentally missed a few parameters.

Add literal CRLF at the end of nasm commands that are missing them
...
These are added by MSVC as soon as the file is touched anyway.
This avoids stray changes to the files if the files are resaved
from within the IDE.

Simplify code by calling WelsFree directly instead of using a helper function
...
This makes the code simpler and clearer. It's not necessary to use the
_SafeFree helper macro in neither of the case - in one case the
pointer is overwritten immediately, in the other case it's witihin
the destructor where the pointer won't ever be read again.

...
Since this is the destructor of the class, the member variables
won't be read afterwards, and setting the pointers to NULL afterwards
is redundant.

Remove unnecesary use of _SafeDelete
...
It is not necessary to check whether a pointer is NULL before
deleting it, "delete NULL" is explicitly ok.
The deleted pointer is a local variable here, so setting it to
NULL after deleting isn't necessary in these cases either.
