Python samples adapted for Python3 compatibility

- print function
- int / float division
- map, zip iterators in py3 but lists in py2
Known bugs with opencv 3.0.0

Not working:
- letter_recog.py due to changed ml_StatModel.train() signature

Unified handling of InputOutputArrays in Python wrapper generator
...
This makes arguments of type InputOutputArray required in python unless they
have a default value in C++.
As result following python functions changes signatures in non-trivial way:
