The LOCAL_LDLIBS are very picky. {{{-L$(NDK_APP_OUT)/opencv/armeabi}}} is where the ndk builds opencv, usually in {{{<ndk>/out/apps/opencv/armeabi}}}. You can navigate there and see the static libraries that were built.
