Removed README.source, TODO.source since these are irrelevant to a generic git package. Fixed spelling in debian/copyright. Removed RFC check in debian/rules, again irrelevant to a generic git package.
As of version 2.0.6, the zeromq source tarball only includes the C/C++ library; the other language bindings (available are at least: Java, Ruby, Python, Haskell, Common Lisp) are shipped separately. To my knowledge, Debian packages are not available.
