Of course people still "can" distributed the sources under the
LGPLv3. However we provide COPYING.LESSER with additional grants.
Solution: specify these grants in the header of each source file.

Update test_filter_ipc to not use abstract socket.
...
This fixes the test on Mac OS X and SmartOS (probably other Solarises).
Also updates the sockets using ipc: to use DEALER sockets instead
of PAIR sockets.
