Luca Boccassi	6d9411607d	Problem: pkgconfig file does not support static link ... Solution: add dependencies, if necessary, to the .private Libs and Requires field of the pkgconfig file at build time. Peter Korsgaard	e89577d30c	libzmq: Fix pkg-config files for static linking ... Libzmq uses C++ standard library features, so users of it should link against that as well when statically linking.
