+This is a statement by Thomas M. DuBuisson
+that grants permission to relicense its copyrights in the libzmq C++
+library (ZeroMQ) under the Mozilla Public License v2 (MPLv2).

+commit author "Michele Dionisio", are copyright of Michele Dionisio.
