Don't use RLIMIT_NOFILES in devpoll_t.
The patch allows for running 0MQ on Solaris and HP-UX even though ulimit for max number of file descriptors is set to unlimited. Signed-off-by: Martin Sustrik <sustrik@250bpm.com>
