Brent Cook	a4cc953911	Improve and simplify function and header detection logic. ... Simplify autoconf checks by using AC_CHECK_FUNCS/HEADERS. Clarify some ambiguous dependencies around strnlen/strndup. Unconditionally enable pidwraptest for all arc4random implementations.
