And remove some old headers.
These were not actually compiling anymore, and there were outstanding,
known bugs, e.g. https://sourceforge.net/p/jsoncpp/bugs/27

- changed SVN EOL properties so that HTML file are in Unix format, Visual Studio solution are always in Windows format, and sources are in native format.
