Daniel Verkamp 99b45db17e types.h: remove [U]INT{8,16,32,64} typedefs
These can be replaced with the <stdint.h> types.

Additionally, the existing definitions weren't correct on some platforms
(e.g. IA-32, where 'long', used for INT64/UINT64, is only 32 bits).
