Simplifies the implementation of GTEST_LOG_ & GTEST_LOG_; renames
GTEST_HIDE_UNREACHABLE_CODE_ to GTEST_SUPPRESS_UNREACHABLE_CODE_WARNING_BELOW_ (by Vlad Losev).
