AMR NB and WB decoders are optimized for MIPS architecture. Appropriate Makefiles are changed accordingly. Cnfigure script is changed in order to support optimizations. Optimizations are enabled by default when compiling is done for mips architecture. Appropriate cflags are automatically set. Support for several mips CPUs is added in configure script. New ffmpeg options are added for disabling optimizations. The FFMPEG option --disable-mipsfpu disables MIPS floating point optimizations. The FFMPEG option --disable-mips32r2 disables MIPS32R2 optimizations. The FFMPEG option --disable-mipsdspr1 disables MIPS DSP ASE R1 optimizations. The FFMPEG option --disable-mipsdspr2 disables MIPS DSP ASE R2 optimizations. * AMR narrowband decoder
*
* This decoder uses floats for simplicity and so is not bit-exact. One
* difference is that differences in phase can accumulate. The test sequences
* in 3GPP TS 26.074 can still be useful.
*
* - Comparing this file's output to the output of the ref decoder gives a
* PSNR of 30 to 80. Plotting the output samples shows a difference in
* phase in some areas.
*
* - Comparing both decoders against their input, this decoder gives a similar
* PSNR. If the test sequence homing frames are removed (this decoder does
* not detect them), the PSNR is at least as good as the reference on 140
* out of 169 tests.
