Carl Eugen Hoyos ecf31a68fd Show configuration and library version with AV_LOG_INFO. 
This partly reverts 1c5e9551bca12e040270e0cd3d71440f83e9f8ae,
a change of behaviour that was not discussed.

The reason for the revert is that FFmpeg cares about bugreports.
