866d5c958f Export ff_vdpau_vc1_decode_picture(). 
XBMC's configure script checks for this function in installed
libavcodec.so to determine VDPAU support.

Fixes ticket #762 reported by Christian Marillat

65d3176aaf lavc: hide private symbols. 
Overhead as reported by rbelf-size goes from 90860 to 20204.

ac28ce5fac Hide the now-prefixed decoders, encoders, parsers, bsf, hwaccel objects. 
This significantly reduces the size of the symbol table in the generated ELF
shared object (as well as the other linked tables).
