This removes the rather pointless wrappers (one not even inline)
for calling the fft_calc and related function pointers.

Passing an explicit filename to this command is only necessary if the
documentation in the @file block refers to a file different from the
one the block resides in.

different values, in addition it crashes when the tables are hardcoded.
