f8ef91ff3d movenc: add faststart option for web streaming 
Faststart moves the moov atom to the beginning of the file and rewrites
the rest of the file after muxing is complete.

a435ca5b4d doc: Explain that the default RTMP user agent is different when publishing 
The fact that a different user agent is used is cruicial for getting
publishing authentication working. (When using librtmp, this other
user agent has to be specified manually, but that's not needed
with the libavformat internal RTMP support.)

f824535a4a vdpau: deprecate bitstream buffers within the hardware context 
The bitstream buffers are now private and freed by libavcodec. For
backward compatibility, the hold bitstream buffer pointer is left NULL
(applications were supposed to av_freep() it).

bc1a985ba0 lavfi: replace avfilter_open() with avfilter_graph_alloc_filter(). 
Since we do not support "standalone" filters not attached to an
AVFilterGraph, we should not have a public function to create such
filters. In addition that function is horribly named, the action it does
cannot be possibly described as "opening" a filter.

2d66fc543b lavfi/gradfun: fix rounding in MMX code. 
Current code divides before increasing precision.

Also reduce upper bound for strength from 255 to 64.  This will prevent
an overflow in the SSSE3 and MMX filter_line code: delta is expressed as
an u16 being shifted by 2 to the left. If it overflows, having a
strength not above 64 will make sure that m is set to 0 (making the
m*m*delta >> 14 expression void).

A value above 64 should not make any sense unless gradfun is used as
a blur filter.

59220d559b oggenc: add a page_duration option and deprecate the pagesize option 
This uses page duration instead of byte size to determine when to buffer
the page. Also, it tries to avoid continued pages by buffering the current
page if there are already packets in the page and adding the next packet
would require it to be continued on a new page. This can improve seeking
performance.

The default page duration is 1 second, which is much saner than filling
all page segments by default.

ada51a334a avserver: remove daemon mode 
This code spews a multitude of warnings with glibc (unchecked
return values), some of them possibly warranted.  Furthermore,
the deamonisation is not suitable for use with typical startup
scripts as it does not provide the PID of the daemon in any way.
Users wishing to run avserver as a daemon can still do so using
start-stop-daemon or equivalent tools.

9a92aea27b avutil: Add functions for allocating opaque contexts for algorithms 
The current API where the plain size is exposed is not of much
use - in most cases it is allocated dynamically anyway.

If allocated e.g. on the stack via an uint8_t array, there's no
guarantee that the struct's members are aligned properly (unless
the array is overallocated and the opaque pointer within it
manually aligned to some unspecified alignment).

fb722a900f avconv: remove -same_quant 
It has not worked for anything other than fringe codecs (asv1/2, mdec,
mjpeg[b]) since about 2003 and nobody ever noticed or complained. This

2ff67c909c lavc: fix mixing CODEC_ID/AV_CODEC_ID in C++ code. 
C++ does not allow to mix different enums, so e.g. code comparing
ACodecID with CodecID would fail to compile with gcc.

This adds two protocols, but one of them is an internal implementation
detail just used as an abstraction layer/generalization in the code. The
RTMPE protocol implementation uses ffrtmpcrypt:// as an alternative to the
tcp:// protocol. This allows moving most of the lower level logic out

This function implements a delay using the first available
of the following functions:

- nanosleep()
- usleep()
- Sleep() (Windows)

The conditional #includes in time.c are simplified by including
unistd.h and windows.h whenever they are available rather than
having these lines triggered by specific functions.

46743a859c rtmp: Don't send every flv packet in a separate HTTP request in RTMPT 
Add a new option 'rtmp_flush_interval' that allows specifying the
number of packets to write before sending it off as a HTTP request.

This is mostly relevant for RTMPT - for plain RTMP, it only controls
how often we check the socket for incoming packets, which shouldn't
affect the performance in any noticeable way.

8e50c57dcb RTMPT protocol support 
This adds two protocols, but one of them is an internal implementation
detail just used as an abstraction layer/generalization in the code. The
RTMPT protocol implementation uses rtmphttp:// as an alternative to the
tcp:// protocol. This allows moving most of the lower level logic out
from the higher level generic rtmp code.

8ee3e1874e rtmp: support connection parameters 
Allow using connection parameters in order to append arbitrary
AMF data like "B:1 S:authMe O:1 NN:code:1.23 NS:flag:ok O:0" to the
Connect message. You can pass these parameters through the -rtmp_conn
option.

9309bdfe2c fate: change name of FATE samples location environment variable 
FATE_SAMPLES is now used directly by the Makefiles, which induces the test
system to run a test with the value of the environment variable as name.
Renaming the environment variable to LIBAV_SAMPLES avoids this problem.

2efb710a34 build: fix doc generation errors in parallel builds 
The $(dir) function used to construct OBJDIRS includes a trailing slash
in the names returned, which GNU make 3.82 does not match to the
slash-less 'doc' in the documentation dependencies, causing parallel
build to fail.  Adding a slash fixes this and still works with make
3.81.

8e0b7e2f14 build: Do not explicitly add the doc directory to the OBJDIRS list. 
Now that a documentation generator is built in the doc directory,
this is no longer necessary.  Fixes the Make warning:
