AVPacket argument rather than a const uint8_t *buf + int buf_size. This allows
passing of packet-specific flags from demuxer to decoder, such as the keyframe
flag, which appears necessary to playback corePNG P-frames.

condition b == 0 could never be true, because it would
have already been caught in the previous ifs. Also the
condition b == 0x1000 could never be true (it would
triggered the return).
