49c35f16fc Fix compilation on powerpc. 
DECLARE_ALIGNED_8 is not defined at that point, but this code is powerpc
only, so it's really equivalent to DECLARE_ALIGNED(16...

d8870f120e use scale factor instead of sum for downmix level adjustment. avoids division 
inside downmix loop. 7% faster 5.1-to-stereo downmixing.

a4de6dd2c1 Use 24-bit fixed-point transform coefficients until just before MDCT. This

76a448ed4f Install headers in $prefix/include/$libname 
Install each library's headers in $prefix/include/$libname.
The installed headers use #include "lib*/*.h"; applications
are expected to do the same.

Specify only $prefix/include in .pc files.
