85a51e6bd5 Fix chroma yuv->rgb tables for jpeg style yuv, this was missed as it 
only affects the C code while mmx uses different tables.

5fe4aad711 Correct normalization constant for the vertical filter, iam not 
completely sure why this was at such incorrect value, but i could
not find any problems when it was set correctly.

7372e9bbe5 Fix 4 of the unscaled rgb15/16 converters, each of these contained 
2-3 bugs each of which made it fail completely, this code clearly
has never been tested and been written by somone who knows the
difference between a potato and a computer is that the first is round.

f22e5e22ef Remove AltiVec vector declaration compiler compatibility macros. 
The original problem was that FSF and Apple gcc used a different syntax
for vector declarations, i.e. {} vs. (). Nowadays Apple gcc versions support
the standard {} syntax and versions that support {} are available on all
relevant Mac OS X versions. Thus the greater compatibility is no longer
worth cluttering the code with macros.
