5716aec3f9 Fix XvMC. XvMCCreateBlocks() may not allocate 16-byte aligned blocks, 
so we can't use SSE-optimized routines.

4a1289450a Reduce number of ASM constraints for ff_lpc_compute_autocorr_sse2 since it 
causes no significant speed difference and can avoid compilation issues with
--enable-pic.

24b207b5a5 Adjust threshold for xvid packed b frame detection. 
Also add xvid_build check.
If you note any packed bitstream regression, check this commit first and report it.

df8d98c4dd 10l: Move ff_mpeg4_pred_dc() to an appropriate place.

716d1c2a31 Eliminate CONFIG_ANY_H263_DECODER preprocessor definition. 
It is just a logical OR of several decoder definitions, all of which depend on
CONFIG_H263_DECODER. So it can just be replaced by the latter.

aec09a004c Enable the TrueHD decoder when the MLP decoder is enabled. 
They share all code, there is no point in enabling one but not the other.

f34121f351 Replace CONFIG_ANY_H263_ENCODER definition by CONFIG_H263_ENCODER. 
CONFIG_ANY_H263_ENCODER is just a logical OR of H.263 family definitions,
for which the build system enables CONFIG_H263_ENCODER anyway.
