Rename the (yet not defined) macros:

Browse Source 
PIX_FMT_RGB565_BE -> PIX_FMT_RGB565BE
PIX_FMT_RGB565_LE -> PIX_FMT_RGB565LE
for consistency with the other pixfmts macros.
