Separate video specific BufferRef properties into VideoProps.

Define a new struct AVFilterBufferRefVideoProps and add a type field
to AVFilterBufferRef.

Video specific properties in AVFilterBufferRefVideoProps are now
referred to by *video pointer in AVFilterBufferRef.
