Eric Fiselier	faaf5ee349	Automatically detect and use clang verify in failure tests. ... Automatically enable clang verify whenever the '-verify-ignore-unexpected' flag is supported. Failure tests are run using verify if they contain one or more "expected-*" diagnostics tags.
