This is what's new and changed in the c-ares 1.7.1 release:
Gregor Jasny provided the patch that introduces ares_set_socket_callback(), and I edited it to also get duped by ares_dup().

- Ingmar Runge noticed that Windows config-win32.h configuration file did not include a definition for HAVE_CLOSESOCKET which resulted in function close() being inappropriately used to close sockets.

- Tommie Gannert pointed out a silly bug in ares_process_fd() since it didn't check for broken connections like ares_process() did. Based on that, I merged the two functions into a single generic one with two front-ends.

Thanks go to these friendly people for their efforts and contributions:
- Tommie Gannert pointed out a silly bug in ares_process_fd() since it didn't check for broken connections like ares_process() did. Based on that, I merged the two functions into a single generic one with two front-ends.
